This policy explains what personal information RadiYO! ("RadiYO!", "we", "us") collects through radiyo.me and our subscription checkout, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors, demo/contact form submitters, and subscribing customers of the RadiYO! platform.

1. What we collect
We collect information directly from you when you use a form on this site:

We do not collect or store your card or PayPal account details — that entire step happens on PayPal's own systems (see Section 3).
We also automatically receive standard technical information any web server gets (like IP address and browser type) as part of normal hosting logs. We don't currently run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
2. How we use it
- To reply to a contact or demo enquiry.
- To set up and provision your RadiYO! subscription and workspace subdomain.
- To send you service emails — receipts, login details, and account notices.
- To send you marketing/product emails, only if you opted in (and you can opt out any time).
- To keep our systems secure and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site and your subscription:
- PayPal — processes your subscription payment. PayPal handles and stores your payment details under its own privacy policy; we only receive a subscription reference ID and status back.
- Brevo — delivers our transactional and marketing emails (receipts, replies, account notices).
- Our website is served by Dreamhost, and fonts/UI libraries are loaded from Google Fonts and jsDelivr's CDN, which may log standard request data (like IP address) as part of serving those files.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.
4. Where it's stored
Form submissions and subscription records are stored in our operations database. We keep access to it restricted to the people who run RadiYO!.
5. Cookies
We don't set our own tracking or advertising cookies. PayPal's checkout widget may set its own cookies while it's loaded on the checkout page, under PayPal's cookie policy — not ours.
6. How long we keep it
We keep contact/demo enquiries for as long as reasonably needed to follow up, and subscription/account records for as long as your account is active plus a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete data we no longer need to keep — see Section 7.
7. Your choices
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Ask us to delete your information, where we're not required to keep it.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails any time using the link in those emails.

8. Children's privacy
RadiYO! is a business tool for radio stations and isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Check back occasionally if you want to stay current.
